How do I rent one of your photo booths?
Simply choose your package, add any optional services you would like, complete and sign the rental agreement and pay your deposit. Your final balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks before your event. You can always call us anytime if you need assistance with finalizing your rental.
Will there be an attendant at our event?
Yes, there will be an attendant at the event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
How do I rent one of your photo booths?

Is there a set up and break down fee?
No, set up and break down is free. We will set up 60 to 90 minutes early to prepare.
How many times can I use the photo booth?
There is no limit to the number of times you can use the photobooth. You and your guests can use the photobooth as many times as you like.
How long does it take to get a print?
It usually takes less than 12 seconds to get a print from a photo booth. The file is sent to the printer immediately after the photo session, and then the printer processes and prints the file.
Is there a travel fee?
The first 30 miles are free. If your event is further than 30 miles from our warehouse there will be a travel fee. There is a travel fee after the first 30 miles. The milage starts from our warehouse to the address of your event.
How far in advance should I book a photo booth?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Three months in advance.
What are the cancellation policies?
A 25% non-refundable retainer/deposit fee will be due to reserve your date. This will go towards your total cost.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured with a $2 million policy.
How much space is needed?
A 10x10x10 space is normally required. However, we can work in an 8x8x8 space if necessary.
What power source is needed?
We need is a standard 120V / 15 AMP electrical outlet located within 50 feet of the booth.
What is the difference between open air and enclosed photo booths?
You’ll find open-air photo booths are good for large groups, enclosed booths for a more intimate setting.
